Change of Mind Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Please choose carefully before completing your order.


Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is incorrect, faulty or damaged, please contact our team as soon as possible via live chat or at groupbrickcity@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item
  • details of the issue

Depending on the nature of the issue, you may be entitled to a replacement product or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.


60 Day Glass Skin Guarantee

We are confident in the consistency and quality of the Glass Skin System and believe skincare results come from using the right products consistently over time.

If you have used the Glass Skin System consistently for 60 days and are not satisfied with your experience, please contact our team and we will review your request.

To qualify for the 60 Day Glass Skin Guarantee, you must:

  1. Use the Glass Skin System consistently for a minimum of 60 days as directed.
  2. Take clear, time-stamped before photos prior to starting the routine and updated photos after 60 days of use.
  3. Email our team at groupbrickcity@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and details regarding your experience with the products.
  4. Return the products to our nominated return address if requested. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note:

  • This guarantee applies exclusively to the Glass Skin System.
  • Claims must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date.
  • Refunds are limited to one claim per customer.
  • Products must demonstrate reasonable usage over the 60-day period.
  • Unused products included in bundle purchases may need to be returned.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Brickcity Aesthetica reserves the right to deny refund requests where we reasonably believe products have not been used as directed, where fraudulent activity is suspected, where misleading or altered photos are submitted, or where the policy is being misused.

We do not offer refunds for allergic reactions, sensitivities or adverse skin responses.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before purchase.

If you have sensitive skin, allergies or underlying skin conditions, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional prior to use.

Patch testing is recommended before introducing any new skincare product into your routine.
